Registration Categories & Fees
NCSEA Member:
          EXPIRED - $545 = Early Bird - Registration and Payment must be received by June 15th, 2010**
          $655 = Regular
          $510 = Illinois Agency Employee
          $375 = Daily (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)

Non-Member:
          EXPIRED - $640 = Early Bird - Registration and Payment must be received by June 15th, 2010**
          $750 = Regular
          $605 = Illinois Agency Employee
          $375 = Daily (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)

Optional Conference Additions
$75 - Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit Processing Fee
          The 2010 NCSEA Annual Conference & Expo will offer 6 CLE workshops worth a combined total of 9 credit hours.
$35 - Guest Ticket for Monday's Reception & Exhibit Hall Opening (5:00p-6:30p)
$75 - Guest Ticket for Tuesday's Keynote Luncheon (12:00p-1:30p) and Dessert & Coffee Networking Reception (1:30p-2:15p)

**Early Bird Registration Deadline
In order to qualify for an Early Bird registration fee, both the registration and payment must be received at the NCSEA Office by the Early Bird deadline of June 15th, 2010. If the payment is not received by the Early Bird deadline, the registration may be subject to the Regular registration fee.

Registration Payment Policy & Deadline
The registration payment must be received in full before an attendee will be able to attend the conference. If an attendee is submitting the registration payment by mail or fax (credit card payments only), the payment must arrive at the NCSEA office no later than July 30th, 2010. Attendees whose payments are not received by July 30th must bring payment to the conference to complete the registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy & Deadline
NCSEA is unable to accept telephone or verbal cancellations. Please provide a written notice to the attention of the Conference Registrar by fax (703-506-3266) or mail to the NCSEA office (1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102) no later than July 15th, 2010 to receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. We regret that conference registration fees cannot be credited to a future NCSEA conference. No refunds will be considered after July 15th, 2010. Refunds are not processed until after the conference.
